first pumpkin patch of the season

It's becoming very fall-like around here these days. There are pumpkins everywhere and leaves are starting to change colors everywhere. We took advantage of some nice weather to get some errands taken care of and of course, visit a pumpkin patch!

Here's Natalie and her dad having margaritas, (fake drink props) at a local gardening store we visited. We could have spent all day at this place playing with the amazing playhouse and playground on display!
Then we went to Cottonwood Farms where we enjoyed animals, a corn maze, a hay bale maze...
... and of course, the pumpkin patch!

Natalie has been a bit better this week... we took her out of swim lessons last week, after she started crying halfway through the lesson and wanting out of the pool! So strange. We'll try again another time, since she was doing so well in them. The last day of gym class is next week. She loves the trampoline and other bouncy stuff there, but hasn't been doing her somersaults or the bars, so we won't do that again until she's through this rough patch. Dance class is still a huge hit, so we'll keep that one up for sure! I'll share some pics of it too in my next post. It's really the cutest!
